Martin L. Okner, a Fordham GBA alum, will speak on working in marketing for some of the largest industry leaders, graduating from Fordham with an MBA, and on how these experiences lead him to establish his own consulting firm.

Martin L. Okner, President and CEO of S. H. Martin & Company, Inc., has 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Customer Marketing, and Demand Planning. Mr. Okner successfully executed product launches and restages in a variety of categories. He has led global portfolio optimization on some of the largest confectionery, OTC, cosmetics, hair, and personal care brands in the world. His team won 2005 Supplier of the Year from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. while at Cadbury. He is quoted in numerous publications, namely Chain Drug Review, and the Mergers and Acquisitions Journal. Mr. Okner holds an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business in Corporate Finance. He is chairman of the programming committee for the NY Chapter of the ACG, an adjunct professor of Marketing at Fordham Graduate School of Business Administration.
